| Hi Everyone,
Not sure how many people are reading this but I promised myself that I would use my blog to write about my fund raising, half marathon training and my dad. So.. I've raised about 40% of my goal!!! I can't believe it!! I was so worried when I heard that I had to raise $2800 to do this event. I still have a ways to go but so many people have donated and shared their own amazing stories.. I have faith that I'll reach my goal! I just feel like God will help me get there. It's a leap of faith. Every donation I get is an encouragement to me and to my dad. Although he doesn't say it in words I can see it in his face.
So every Sat. morning I go to training with all the other orange county runners and I realize how out of shape I am. I ran, well pretty much walked the mile in about 16 minutes... while on the other hand Eddie ran the mile in 10 minutes! AHHHH!!! What is it about running? Some people make it look so effortless.. I am determined to feel that runner's high!!
I can't imagine running/walking 13 miles!! This Saturday we are running 6 miles near Heritage Park in Irvine. Will I survive? Stay tuned . . . . and please send my link to all your friends and donate!! Even 25 dollars can make a difference in the fight against leukemia and lymphoma!

Will be updating with pictures very soon!

| Hi everyone,
My fiance Eddie and I have signed up to do the San Diego Rock and
Roll half marathon on June 1st with the leukemia and lymphoma society
in honor or my father who was diagnosed with an aggressive form on Non
Hodgkins Lymphoma a couple of months ago. In order to participate in this event, we are fundraising for the leukemia and lymphoma society!
It's amazing how many lives cancer has affected. Won't you make a
difference today by helping us raise funds towards research to find a
cure.
Please check the link below for my site to learn more about how you can help and support the leukemia and lymphoma society.
Got friends? Please forward this to them too! =)
Your support and prayers are appreciated.
Thank You
~Renee Chung

| What is my breaking point? I think I'm getting very close to it. I don't know if I have ever experienced being so close to it as I am now. God sure knows how to do exactly that. There's no denying, no running away, I must face what is in front of me, no matter how terrifying it may be. I just wish it wasn't so hard, so painful, but I guess there's no getting around that.

| Tired. . . . . . . so very tired . . . . . All I can say is I hope that I can take this time of tiredness, weakness, and struggle and use it be more open to God I guess you can say that's the prayer of my heart | | |
